STEPPING STONES Professional Development for ECEs

This course has deepened my understanding of schematic play and how to meaningfully embed it into daily practice. As an ECT, it helps me recognise children’s repeated patterns of learning and plan intentional experiences. It supports stronger observations, enriches learning outcomes, and strengthens my pedagogy for responsive, child-led practice.

I felt inspired and supported by Janine when I worked alongside her years ago, and continue to feel inspired and supported by her now with Stepping Stones Professional Development. Janine brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, inspiration, dedication and kindness in her approaches, and any early childhood educator who has the pleasure of being in her presence in the physical or virtual sense in our sector will feel immense gratitude towards her, a reinspired confidence and sense of accomplishment in their own approaches, with the feeling of true mentorship from her amazing self.
